KSrelief official meets chairman of Indonesia’s National Zakat Council

  • Developments in humanitarian work in Indonesia were discussed

RIYADH: Ahmed bin Ali Al-Baiz, assistant supervisor general for operations and programs of the King Salman Humanitarian Aid and Relief Centre (KSrelief), met with Noor Ahmed, chairman of the National Zakat Council in Indonesia, in Riyadh on Monday.

Al-Baiz reviewed the 38 projects provided by the center to Indonesia. KSrelief’s projects in the Asian country are worth more than $73 million and cover various key sectors.

The two officials also discussed humanitarian work in Indonesia during their meeting, as well as ways to improve the delivery of support for those in need there.
